My daughter and I went to Hendrick GMC Southpoint in Durham, NC today. We had been in contact before we arrived and our salesman, Martin, had the suv pulled up front and ready for us. We did the preliminary work and within a little while she was driving out with a new Terrain. Rob in the finance office was awesome. He took care of her and made the entire process go smoothly. A great experience!
We have purchased a new car at Hendrick GM Southpoint and Marcus Turner, our salesperson was excellent and personable and helped us immensely. Rob Patterson, the finance manager, guided us through the paperwork, was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and we had many. David Doll, sales director was very involved and did everything he could to make everything come together for a smooth operation. Buying a car can be difficult and this team made it pleasant and comfortable in fact, enjoyable. I highly recommend this Buick dealer.

Getting a service appointment was a little bumpy (10 days out, appt. time changed 3 times-by Hendrick), BUT, from there it was all good! With a very generic discription of the problems I was having, the Hendrick service team was able to diagnose the probllem(s), and get them corrected.
